liquid folic acid?
Can anyone recommend a high quality liquid folic acid supplement? I can't swallow any more pills. Preferably with methyl-b12 included (NOT the cyanocobalamin, but the methyl form of b-12), but not a requirement. All the folic acid I've seen so far is in pill form but I prefer liquid. No one will test my folic acid levels, and my b-12 is great, but it can't hurt to supplement with folic acid as I have Barrett's esophagus as a result of taking way too many high dose iron pills for way too long, all to no avail and am taking OCs. In that case, I would suggest that you try Jarrows. FLFG
