So I've read that in order to build muscle you need to space out your routine. What Id like to know is, is it better to work a few particular areas and then wait one day in between before working those areas again or should I wait longer?
Also is better to eat BEFORE or AFTER working out? And whether before or after, would that apply to shakes/drinks as well (suppliments of course)?
In regards to abs and cardio, Ive been told and read that they're both things you can do every day. Is this true?
I think a 1 day space is pretty normal from what I have read and seen others do, but many people might say it depends on what your goals are so you may want to post those.
I personally work out before work M-F so I get up and work out right away, therefore, I do not eat preworkout meals. Depends on what time of day you workout I guess. There are many many articles with extreme expert trainers who will argue both ways.
The last question is also a tuff one because it depends on what your goals are. My goals are to do 6 days a week of cardio, but only 3 days of HIIT (every other day). I would allow some rest time with your abs too. These are just my opinions. good luck!
