| Wow, life really isn't normal right now but I'm pushing through. I worked out Tuesday, missed Thursday. Traveled to Oklahoma city on Friday, arrived late, no work out. Got back on track Saturday, hotel gym, worked back and bi's. They had a stairmaster so i jumped on it for about 15 minutes then rode the bike for another 15. Got up this morning and went down and worked legs, shoulders and traps. Got on the stairmaster for 15 minutes, biked for 15 and then hit the treadmill for 10. Got home and grilled chicken, had scalloped potatoes (omitted fat from recipe) as well as green beans. My wife has now joined the "weight loss" kick so that should be even more motivation for me.
