Need some advice on losing BF/weight

I've been doing 200-400 cal deficit for a year and weight lifting.  Lost a lot of weight/BF.  Right now I still got a small gut, slight hanging handles and some low fat in the chest.  How do I get rid of the rest?  Should I keep doing 6 times weightlifting   cal deficit?  I barely do cardio, should I add that into it?
Just one last thing, can I build muscles the way I'm doing or at least lean up.  Seems like I shrunk and sometimes looks like I got bigger.
