I picked up a bulk package of some top round steak, about 4 or 5 pounds from Costco. I've had it for about 2 days now and I am about to cook up the majority of it and save it for the rest of the week. The rest I will freeze.
My main question would be, how long will cooked steak last in my fridge? Also, what would be the optimal way of storing it? Anyone have any good recipes for thin steaks? Thanks guys. |
