If you normally wear glasses or contacts, do you have to stop wearing them to do wear, glasses, normally, contacts

i want to try to do the bates method, but i have school and i need my glasses to see the board......do you have to stop wearing glasses when you try the bates method or can you still wear your glasses?

Yeah, you will need to stop wearing them.
I suggest you don't start the method yet until you leave school or have a big holiday or wear them as little as possible. I have started to do the method and I sometimes get flashes of good vision whilst I'm doing it

It makes no difference whether you wear your glasses or not when you do the 'Bates Method' because the results will be the same either way.

The 'Bates Method', which uses the book "Sight without Glasses" that was written nearly 100 years ago as it's foundation, has never caught on for one reason-it doesn't seem to work very well.

Another outfit called "The See Clearly Method" promoted similar principals, and was recently closed down by the government for fraudulent advertising.  They were making claims they couldn't prove because their methods didn't work as claimed.

After all, if these methods worked that well would anyone still be wearing those dreaded glasses?

Just don't put your glasses too far away because once you realize what a load of nonsense it is, you will still be needing your glasses.
