Lei's Big Huge Log

I guess I'll buckle down and try to post a log now, since I am on this site all the effing time, lol.
I've never had good track records with these kinds of journal/diary things, because I'm not really that kind of person.  But as I start accumulating more and more knowledge, I'd like to have a place to put it all down and get my head straight, as well has have people keep me straight when I wander off to strange workout tangents.  Plus, with the name of this log, how can you ignore it?   
My goals aren't clear cut.  Quite the contrary, they're pretty ambiguous.  However, after training for a while I know this much about my view:
-I want to be stronger
-I want to be bigger
-I want to be faster
-I want to be better
-Strongman training is ****ing sweet
-Bodybuilding isn't my cup of tea
-Functionality is a must
So...here we go.  I'm going to try and squeeze this log out everytime I think it's a good idea.

A bit of bag work just to keep myself from getting too dull.  I ran through the fook fu kuen form once, for the same reason.  I hit the bag with the 10 lb sledge, with a focus on timing, speed, and body placement.
Bag work focused on different combos, timing, structure, and power.
I ate pretty much what I wanted.  After taking some tips to heart, I need more cals.  Plus, over the week I hardly get to ingest real meals, due to the school schedule.

Today was a treat.  I got to take my dog to the beach where we could just let her go, since the beach is pretty much isolated.  I brought some rope and found a fairly heavy piece of driftwood, and pulled it for a while.
Looked something like this:
Heavy piece of driftwood towing run- 25m, rest, 25m, rest, 30m, rest, whatever.
I was gonna take some pics because I'm narcissistic like that, but decided against it because I am so modest.  I am the ultimate paradox.
Played some fetch x 6 or so, just so she could get wet, which she likes, but it was friggin cold today so I wasn't going to join her.
Before leaving, I found a bigger piece of wood and played tug of war with it.  I won (barely).
Drank a protein shake in the car, and fell asleep.
Now I'm back home and I need to study physics.

Hit about four singles from 225-265, but had to use a supinated/pronated mix, due to poor grip.

Then it was like
5x4 @ 235 (doubly pronated)
My grip at double pronation is really bad, and I ended up with some bad sets of these due to slipping.

Followed by reg bodyweight chins (supersetted with the seated db pressing, after all the singles)
3x6 Attempted more sets, but I was pretty much at failure so I stopped.
The singles are really varied, because I've just started this method, and I don't know all my 1rm's.
...that doesn't seem to match your goals LeiYunFat...
What are you doing for flexibilty and speed training?.. What are you eating.. how manty hrs of what are you doing a week?...   
Be good to see you get there and hopw exactly you do ad don't go about it anyway so props for the log ...

My friends were in the gym so I hit a set of situps with them
1x6 witha 25 plate BEHIND the head...not that chest bull****.  They wanted me to do 4x100, which was utter bull****.
I left them to their worthless routine and hit  
3x8 @ 150 lbs of a cable pull-through.  This gym's cross cable machine only goes up to 150, which is ****y ****.
I find that this type of training keeps me in the gym for huge periods of time, which I'm no used to.  I think that is the only downside.  Hitting lots of sets with little reps and resting  90 sec takes a huge chunk out of my schedule.  Whatever though...
Don't fail class on account of lifting...priorities, my friend.
Lol, I know...It's amazing, that is my easiest class, and it's only twice a week, while simultaneously having the most attractive girls...
And I never go.
Looks like someone's been watching MTV's MADE  . Anyways that's a pretty nice workout schedule you got.
Plus, I agree that business is way too easy. You should put skipping class as one of the "You know you're a fitness freak when..."

I was in school all day on 10/19, and I was planning an off day.  I was going to go home and work on my power rings, but I started feeling sick towards the end of the day.
Today is the 20th, and my throat is sore.  I didn't do anything all day except go to work.  There was heavy pushing and pulling of the tarp racks, but that's it.
Lol, yeah, I'm in a cutting phase...cutting class.
I hate MTV though.  How dare you bring their filthy name into my thread!  lol
