and you could run it concurrently with this program (use the cosmetic "day of week to begin" option to notice how they put it together and when it says bench training)...you could run it with this program-

What would be fun is using the close grip bench as your regular bench max and the max bench as your push press max  
I was thinking over your structure...let me know if you like the above.

you should try competing in powerlifting, you're what-19? The competition I did today was 14-19 year olds...whats your weight and how much can you do max squat, bench and dead? Because looking at your numbers, you look like you could handle yourself pretty well.
Well I'm only 18, my max squat is like 205 or 210 absolutely ATG, max dead is about 300, but my max bench is really weak (I don't train it, I'm kinda ****ed up) and is only at 155-165.

I can't shake the feeling that sitting and sleeping for 15  days has made me slightly weaker.  The flu probably didn't help much either.

what are your goals?
No idea what my PR's are, I haven't 1rm'ed for a long time as well as being out of lifting for quite some time.
I'm about 165 waking up, 12-14% bf, 5'11".
Short term goals:
Begin grappling as soon as these blisters heal
Get a stronger lower back
Long term:
Get stronger at the ohp, dip, squat, pullup, deadlift
Pensive goal:
Get up to 175 12-14% bf waking up before I leave for school.

You train martial arts still aswell right??..
which is cardio sprint and endurance if I remember your style ...
and science says you can lift and eat big for 8-10 weeks before your strength gains drop right??..
aand it was no secret that we all thought back there that you were a reeally good  potential title shot ..
You know I was in world title condition  not so long ago myself . I  recently tried on a massive max lift capacity experiment because of work choices and a little clock freedom  ( lifting 81 kgs plus at 42 kg bw plus 12, 20 , 30 , 40 , 50   all day ( alll daaay) over 10 hr shifts .. but by week 11, lack of sleep from trying to do a relationship  really screwed me into  burnout twd the end .. but no dooubt that limit is good to know anyway ... especially as I come back into a new routine to see what I can do about my owwn title..  
good luck if you're changing course LeiyunFat but.. I just don't get what you're doing..

Power snatch- Doubles at 95 for about 3 or 4 sets.  I still suck at this movement.
Back squat- 5 sets x 2 reps at 165
Tried GM's for the first time, and I really tried OH squatting...lol.  
You know, writting all this down, I really must comment on the ****tiness of this workout.  However, since it was my first time back in the gym after about a month, it felt totally awesome.
