What is the best thing for a toothache? best, What, toothache, thing

I have been grinding my teeth when i sleep at night and now i have a very bad toothache. Nothing helps the pain. I have tried oral Gel, Tylenol, and Advil. nothing is working. I can't afford to go to the dentist i have no insurance. what do you think i should do?  It hurts all the time and worse at night.

well if you grind you teeth at night, they have like a mouth guard you can git at any pharmacist store and git ambusol for that bad tooth ache its really asty but it works great!
