Ok this is gonna be laughed at no matter how i word it so im prepared for whatever you have for me. I am a fat guy and i have man tits. Im trying to lose them and i wanted to know what exercises should i be doing to rid myslef of the mammary monstrosities

Lots and lots of cardio.  Drop the bodyfat and what you call man-tities will become pecs.  We are here to support and enable you, not to laugh at you unles this is Karky in disguise... then all bets are off.

Why is "lots and lots of cardio" the most effective way to loose bOdy fat? A balanced exercsie routine of resistance exercise and cardio along with a healthy nutritional plan is the most effective way to loose fat!

You are 100%.  I was just assuming (my bad) that the OP is already on a Clean diet, doing some weight training, and just saying to add more cardio time in to drop the bodyfat.  I stand corrected, thank you.  Now go do the Burpee Challenge from Friday as a reward!!!
